For an iconic and refreshing Tom Collins, add 60ml of Hayman’s Old Tom, 25ml of lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a glass and top with soda.
Juniper forward, rich and characterful, round and smooth.
