We continue to adapt our experiences with thorough measures to ensure we are Covid-safe. Virtual Gin Experiences will also continue for those that are unable to travel or want to enjoy a gin experience in the comfort of their own home.

You can change your booking date up to 5 working days before the original date booked by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the date of booking on the day of an event.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange a booking for a different event.
If you have a voucher for one of our experiences and would like to book on a different event, simply use the code on your voucher in the voucher code box when booking and it will allow you to make the booking.
Our gift vouchers are redeemable against any purchase online.
Please note if the price of the new event is higher you will need to pay the difference.
I would like to book for a Distillery Tour or Drinks at the Distillery but the dates have not yet been released?
Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we are only releasing dates for tours and events 4-6 weeks in advance. We will add dates mid-month for the following month.
When booking an experience you will see a Voucher Box. Simply put the unique code on your voucher into this box and you will be able to go through and book without being charged.
You can use your voucher code to redeem against any purchase through our online shop.
You can change your booking date or get a refund up to 5 working days before the booking by emailing email@example.com.
If you would like to cancel within 5 working days you will still be charged.
Due to the nature of the distillery and licensing we are not allowed by law to have anyone under the age of 18 on the premises.
We do have a limited selection of low and no alcohol alternatives, please let us know prior to your visit and we can make arrangements for you. See the www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information and suggested guidelines.
We do have disabled access into the main area of the distillery, shop, lab and tasting table, however due to the nature of the building we do not have disabled access to our mezzanine bar. Let us know prior to your visit and we can make sure our all required access ramps are ready for you.
Unfortunately, we do not have a commercial kitchen to store or prepare food for guest consumption.
We can provide telephone numbers for local taxi offices. Most of the app taxi services ie, Uber, Bolt, Kapten, Kabbee and Ola operate regularly in the area too.
There are many great bars and restaurants in Balham. The Devonshire Pub is the closest to the distillery and we are happy to recommend others when you arrive.
Yes. We run various events for corporate groups, including virtual gin tastings and distillery drinks experiences. Our distillery is also available for event hire, however, please bear in mind we are a working distillery and are not always able to accommodate all enquiries due to a number of health & safety and licensing regulations.

No, we are unable to provide parking at the distillery. You can park on Weir Road for free after 12pm. If you are driving to the distillery please let us know when you arrive, we are able to provide alternative drinks to accommodate. Please ensure you stick to the safe driving alcohol limit and enjoy our gin responsibly.
