Navy Negroni

You will need…

Steps to make…

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Measure out the ingredients over the ice.
  3. Stir with the ice for one minute.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of orange and an olive.

Sugar Snap Gimlet

You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s Royal Dock Gin
  • 20ml Cocchi Americano (Vermouth)
  • 15ml Homemade Sugarsnap Shrub
  • 1 dash Celery Bitters
  • 1 dash Lemon Bitters

Steps to make…

  1. To make the shrub, heat equal parts white wine vinegar and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved
  2. Add a handful of sugar snap peas, simmer for 5 mins then allow to cool
  3. Strain before bottling and leave in the fridge for 1-2 days
  4. Chill a martini glass
  5. Stir all ingredients over cubed ice in a mixing glass
  6. Strain into the martini glass

The Gimlet

Steps to make…

  1. Chill a coupette glass.
  2. Stir all ingredients over cubed ice in a mixing glass
  3. Strain into the coupette glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Bartenders tip:

If you have time we recommend making your own lime cordial – simply mix 10ml of lime and 10ml of sugar until dissolved.
