Exotic Citrus Basil Smash

You will need…

50ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
40ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
fresh basil leaves
soda water

Steps to make…

Pour 50ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus, 40ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup and fresh basil leaves into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice, top up with soda, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
