You will need…

ml oz

30ml 1.01 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
30ml 1.01 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
30ml 1.01 oz Pink grapefruit juice
10ml 0.33 oz Lemon juice
10ml 0.33 oz Chambord
5ml 0.16 oz Sugar syrup

Steps to make…

Chill a martini glass. Shake all the ingredients thoroughly. Strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and blackberries. For the true taste – While it requires some extra effort, home-squeezed grapefruit will retain the fruit’s natural sweetness without the bitter edge that can dominate shop-bought juice. Use pink grapefruit for a slightly sweeter finish, and white grapefruit for a touch of natural bitterness.
