The Maldini

You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 5ml dry vermouth
  • 7.5ml Maldon Salt solution (100ml water, 4g Maldon Salt dissolved)
  • A cornichon and cocktail stick to garnish

Steps to make…

Add ice to a mixing glass followed by all the ingredients, stir well and pour into a chilled martini glass. Serve with a cornichon on a cocktail stick to enhance the flavour.
