The Raspberry Rickey

You will need…

ml oz

30ml 1.01 oz Hayman’s Royal Dock Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Etter raspberry
15ml 0.50 oz Lime juice
Top with soda water
Lime twist and raspberries to garnish.

Steps to make…

Add the Royal Dock, lime juice and Etter raspberry to a glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice, top up with soda water and garnish with a lime twist and raspberries.
