You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s Royal Dock Gin
Premium Indian tonic water
Twist of lemon peel

Steps to make…

Fill a tall glass with cubed ice. Pour in the Royal Dock, top up with tonic or to taste and serve with a twist of lemon peel.
