Rich and decedent, the Clover Club is the cocktail to try if you are after something more adventurous. Using our Spiced Sloe Gin adds a hint of warming spice which perfectly compliments the tartness of the raspberries and the creaminess of the egg white.
- 50ml Hayman’s Spiced Sloe Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 5 Whole Raspberries
- 1 Egg White
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and double strain into a coupe glass.
