You will need…

ml oz
  • 40ml 1.35 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 20ml 0.67 oz Fino Sherry
  • 5ml 0.08 oz Agave syrup
  • 1.25ml 0.04 oz Peychaud's Bitters
  • 27.5ml 0.92 oz Verjuice
  • 3 dashes of Tempus Fugit Crème De Menthe

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass, add ice and stir for about 10-12 seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a red sorrel leaf carefully floated on top.
