60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
5ml 0.16 oz Green charteuse liqueur
2.5ml 0.08 oz Elderflower liqueur
Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Steps to make…

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and express the grapefruit zest over the top.
