ml oz

45ml 1.52 oz Hayman’s London Dry
25ml 0.84 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
15ml 0.50 oz Amaro Montenegro
10ml 0.33 oz Merlet Crème de Framboise
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: lemon peel

Steps to make…

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and express the oils from the lemon peel over the drink, shape it into a coin and float it in the drink.
