Grapefruit Martini

You will need…

60mls Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin
10mls Dry Vermouth
dash grapefruit bitters

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, and stir well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Snap over the oils from grapefruit zest and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
