Soft Dew

Hayman’s Cocktail Competition Grand Finalist 2025

‘Soft Dew’ – Ka Wing Chan

From: Dio, Hong Kong

You will need…

40ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
30ml Hayman’s Old Tom
15ml Muyu Jasmine Verte liqueur
15ml sherry
3 drops saline solution
2 drop teapot bitters
Garnish: orange zest spray

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir well then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Use orange zest spray on the rim and side of the glass.
