Soft Dew

Hayman’s Cocktail Competition Grand Finalist 2025

‘Soft Dew’ – Ka Wing Chan

From: Dio, Hong Kong

You will need…

ml oz

40ml 1.35 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
30ml 1.01 oz Hayman's Old Tom
15ml 0.50 oz Muyu Jasmine Verte liqueur
15ml 0.50 oz Sherry
3 drops saline solution
2 drops teapot bitters
Garnish: Orange zest spray

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir well then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Use orange zest spray on the rim and side of the glass.
