You will need…

  • 45ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 22.5ml Luxardo Aperitivo
  • 22.5ml Disaronno amaretto
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 3 drops cocktail foamer or an egg white
  • Garnish: a few drops of aromatic bitters

Steps to make…

Fill a shaker with ice and add ingredients. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add a few drops of aromatic bitters on top of the foam layer to garnish.
