Hayman’s Cocktail Competition Grand Finalist 2025

‘Zeppelin’ – Chen TsungWen

From: FReNCHIE FReNCHIE, Taichung, Taiwan

You will need…

45ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
22.5ml Luxardo Aperitivo
22.5ml Disaronno amaretto
22.5ml lemon juice
3 drops cocktail foamer or an egg white
Garnish: a few drops of aromatic bitters

Steps to make…

Fill a shaker with ice and add ingredients. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add a few drops of aromatic bitters on top of the foam layer to garnish.
