Hayman’s Cocktail Competition Grand Finalist 2025

‘Nick & Sloe’ – Burak Yilmanz

From: Maison Dali, Dubai

You will need…

ml oz

40ml 1.35 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
20ml 0.67 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
10ml 0.33 oz Italicus liqueur
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
1 dash aromatic bitters
Garnish: lemon peel

Steps to make…

Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 10-12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Express the oils of the lemon peel onto the rim of the glass only.
