Peach & Rose Iced Tea

You will need…

ml oz

40ml 1.35 oz Hayman’s Peach & Rose
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
15ml 0.50 oz Earl grey syrup
70ml 2.36 oz Ginger beer
50ml 1.69 oz Cranberry juice
4 dashes of Dandelion & Burdock bitters

Steps to make…

Build all ingredients except the cranberry juice into a highball glass full of ice, then float the cranberry juice on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a maraschino cherry.
