With World Gin Day this coming Saturday 14th June, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to catch up with our friend and gin guru Emma Stokes
Fill a spritz glass with ice, and add the strawberries and mint. Pour in the Peach & Rose Cup, Prosecco, Sugar syrup, and top up with soda and stir. Garnish with edible flowers.
