‘To Peach Their Own’ – Sarah Foley

You will need…

ml oz

60ml 2.02 Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
30ml 1.01 Egg white
22.5ml 0.76 Lemon juice
15ml 0.50 Giffard Crème de Peche de Vigne liqueur
15ml 0.50 Chamomile / camomile tea syrup
8 basil leaves
Optional garnish: Dehydrated lemon

Steps to make…

Pick 5 basil leaves off the bunch, add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds. Double strain into a tumbler glass over ice and garnish with your remaining basil leaves and your dehydrated lemon slice.
