A festive twist on a London classic cocktail using our Spiced Sloe Gin – full of festive botanicals including star anise, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- 40mls Hayman’s London Dry Gin
- 20mls lemon juice
- 10mls sugar syrup
- 20ml Hayman’s Spiced Sloe Gin
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
- Add Hayman’s London Dry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup, and stir to combine.
- Float Hayman’s Spiced Sloe Gin on top.
- Garnish with something festive – we like blackberries & rosemary or star anise & bay leaves – with a touch of icing sugar.
