You will need…

45ml Hayman’s London Dry
20ml rice wine/makgeolli/makkoli
10ml sherry
10ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
5ml Giffard Orgeat syrup
1.25ml sesame oil
Garnish: sesame oil spray

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients except the sesame oil to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir well and then strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass. Finish with a light spray of sesame oil, or express a few drops.
