Hayman’s Cocktail Competition Grand Finalist 2025

‘Hay’groni’ – Alex Dzombak

From: Lobby Hamilton, Hamilton, Canada

You will need…

30ml Hayman’s London Dry
22.5ml Amaro Montenegro
22.5ml Disaronno amaretto
15ml sherry
1 dash saline solution / pinch of salt
Garnish: orange peel

Steps to make…

Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour all ingredients into the glass. Finish with a stir and an twist of orange zest.
