  • 3oml Hayman’s London Dry
  • 20ml De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao
  • 20ml double or heavy cream
  • 1oml Lustau Palo Cortado Peninsula sherry
  • 10ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 5ml sugar syrup

Steps to make…

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
