37.5ml 1.26 oz Hayman’s London Dry
22.5ml 0.76 oz Dry vermouth
15ml 0.50 oz Lustau east India solera sherry
10ml 0.33 oz Clear Creek pear liqueur
10ml 0.33 oz Nardini acqua di Cedro liqueur
7.5ml 0.25 oz Aveze racines ameres sauvages (20%)
Circle punched pear and shiso flower

Steps to make…

Build your ingredients in a mixing glass from smallest amount to largest. Fill your mixing glass to the top with ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled nick & nora glass and garnish.
