You will need…

ml oz

60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
22.5ml 0.76 oz Amaro Nonino
15ml 0.50 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
7.5ml 0.25 oz Giffard Earl Grey Syrup

Steps to make…

Add all the ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and stir over ice.

Coat a small section of the outside of your rocks glass with matcha powder, and fill with fresh ice or a large ice cube. Strain your cocktail into the glass and garnish with a lemon zest.
