‘Earl Tom’ – Arran Lin

From: BarDionysus, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China

You will need…

60ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
22.5ml Amaro Nonino
15ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
7.5ml Giffard Earl Grey Syrup

Steps to make…

Add all the ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and stir over ice.

Coat a small section of the outside of your rocks glass with matcha powder, and fill with fresh ice or a large ice cube. Strain your cocktail into the glass and garnish with a lemon zest.
