- 60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 22.5ml 0.76 oz Amaro Nonino
- 15ml 0.50 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 7.5ml 0.25 oz Giffard Earl Grey Syrup
Steps to make…
Add all the ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and stir over ice.
Coat a small section of the outside of your rocks glass with matcha powder, and fill with fresh ice or a large ice cube. Strain your cocktail into the glass and garnish with a lemon zest.
