Clemen-Thyme Smash (low alcohol)

You will need…

ml oz

25ml 0.84 oz Hayman's London Light
15ml 0.50 oz Honey syrup
10ml 0.33 oz Lime juice
Top with soda
Clementine and 2/3 sprigs of thyme to garnish.

Steps to make…

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake. Double strain into an ice-filled glass then top with soda and garnish with fresh clementine and thyme.
