You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz London 0%
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
35ml 1.18 oz Freshly Pressed Grapefruit Juice
20ml 0.67 oz Bergamot Syrup
Cocktail Foamer

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain the cocktail back into the shaker and remove the ice, then dry shake (without ice) again. Double strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with a grapefruit peel or a dehydrated grapefruit slice.
