A Rose By Any Other Name

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s Peach & Rose
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
10ml 0.33 oz Kwai-Feh lychee liqueur
Egg white or foaming bitters
Top with Soda
Garnish: Rose petal

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake once with ice, and then strain back into the shaker, to shake again without ice. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Finally, top with soda and garnish with a rose petal.
