Small Royale

You will need…

ml oz

5ml (a thimbleful) 0.16 oz Hayman’s Small Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Fresh lemon juice
10ml 0.33 oz Sugar syrup
Nosecco

Steps to make…

Chill a flute glass. Pour the Small Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into the chilled glass. Top with Nosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
