You will need…

ml oz

45ml 1.52 oz Hayman’s London Dry
20ml 0.67 oz Rice wine/makgeolli/makkoli
10ml 0.33 oz Sherry
10ml 0.33 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
5ml 0.16 oz Giffard Orgeat syrup
1.25ml 0.04 oz Sesame oil
Garnish: sesame oil spray

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients except the sesame oil to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir well and then strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass. Finish with a light spray of sesame oil, or express a few drops.
