‘The Hourglass’ – Xin-Rui Wan

From: Bar Often, Tainan, Taiwan

You will need…

50ml Hayman’s London Dry
15ml Benedictine D.O.M.
15ml sherry
10ml Giffard Creme De Cassis Imperiale
3 dash chocolate bitters
Garnish: rosemary sprig

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir for approximately 50 seconds, then strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
