  • 30ml 1.01 oz Hayman’s London Dry
  • 20ml 0.67 oz De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao
  • 20ml 0.67 oz Double or heavy cream
  • 10ml 0.33 oz Lustau Palo Cortado Peninsula sherry
  • 10ml 0.33 oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 5ml 0.16 oz Sugar syrup

Steps to make…

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
