Book onto our Distillery Tour for a behind the scenes look into how we make our award-winning family gin, distilled in the same way since 1863.
Each session will last approximately 75 minutes and includes:
- A welcome Hayman’s London Dry G&T or seasonal Hayman’s cocktail.
- A fun and interactive talk through our botanicals. An opportunity to get hands-on and get a real feel for flavour and aromas.
- Find out more about how we craft our award-winning gin and our two-day distillation process.
- A tutored tasting of three of our award-winning gins with different mixers.
- 15% off all purchases that include a 70cl Hayman’s Gin bottle.
Please note, due to licensing all our experiences are over 18s only.
- Doors will open 15 minutes before the tour start time, please do not arrive any earlier as we may be unable to accommodate.
- You must be 18 or over to attend any of our experiences. This includes babies and young children.
- Smoking anywhere on-site at our distillery is strictly forbidden – both inside and outside.
- A tour consists of a tutored tasting of three of our award-winning gins with different mixers.
- If you’re driving to and from our distillery, please be sure to stick to the safe driving alcohol limit and enjoy our gin responsibly.
- Should you wish to cancel your visit, tours are refundable and amendable up to 10 days before the tour date.
- If you are booking within 10 days of the tour date, tours are not refundable, but you may amend your tour within 24 hours of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol under the terms of the licensing act.
- We reserve the right to alter the content, timing and prices of this experience.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Amex, Visa Delta and Maestro debit cards.
- Your 15% off redeemable offer is per person and can only be redeemed once against your first purchase on that tour only.
- Your 15% redeemable offer can only be used towards any purchase that includes a 70cl bottle.
- If you are booking a gift voucher and do not wish to immediately send it to the recipient, simply add their name to the voucher and send it to your own email address. It can then be forwarded to them at a time of your choosing.

We had a fantastic night with Phil as our very knowledgable guide and Marcus as another host. They could not have been kinder, especially to the needs of my 91 year old mother, who was in a wheelchair. The tour was so informative, interactive and interesting, but of course the best bit was always going to be trying out the products! It was a great evening and I’d strongly recommend it for a birthday treat or group activity.
