Drinks at the Distillery
Enjoy three specially prepared gin drinks at your own table alongside our copper pot stills in our beautiful distillery, or in our sunny courtyard for warmer weather.

Over two hours, you will be able to enjoy three specially prepared gin drinks at your own table in our beautiful distillery. Our distillery hosts will give you a short introduction on our family history and award-winning gins and answer any questions you might have.
Beginning with a refreshing Hayman’s G&T, we vary our drinks menu to offer seasonal cocktails. We have an additional drinks menu with classic cocktails such as a Martini or Negroni which are also available to purchase if you would like to stay for another drink.
We have outside seating at picnic tables in our spacious courtyard during the Summer months. We do try and ensure that all of our guests have the opportunity to sit outside if they wish but it is subject to availability.
We do offer an alternative to our gin drinks including a Merser Rum or a craft beer if you prefer as part of your experience.
You can bring snacks with you and we have a selection of crisps available to purchase.
Our Distillery Shop will be open for you to browse after your drinks, with £5 off your first purchase.
Serving, seating and socially-distanced imparting of gin knowledge will be in accordance with Government Regulations. Please see our Covid-19 guidelines for more information.
Please note due to licensing and distilling, all our experiences are over 18s only and dogs are also not allowed.

- Covid-19 measures are in place at the distillery. Tables, glassware and any items used are cleaned and sanitised before and after use. Please wear a face covering when you are not seated on your table. You will be served your drinks with our hosts wearing a face covering. Find our full covid guidelines here.
- When making a booking, we ask all guests to observe the current government guidelines.
- Doors will open 15 minutes before the Drinks at the Distillery start time.
- You must be aged 18 or over to attend any of our drinks experiences. This includes babies and young children in buggies.
- Your £5 redeemable offer is per person and can only be redeemed once against your first purchase on that tour only.
- Your £5 redeemable offer can only be used toward 70cl bottle purchases.
- If you’re driving to and from our distillery, please be sure to stick to the safe driving alcohol limit and enjoy our gin responsibly.
- Should you wish to cancel your visit, Drinks at the Distillery are refundable up to 5 working days before the date booked.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol under the terms of the licensing act.
- We reserve the right to alter the content, timing and prices of this experience.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards and Visa Delta and Maestro debit cards.
- Smoking anywhere on-site at our distillery is strictly forbidden – both inside and outside.
