You will need…

ml oz

45ml 1.52 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
25ml 0.84oz Lime juice
15ml 0.5oz Elderflower liqueur
7.5ml 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
6 slices of fresh cucumber
Soda

Steps to make…

Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all the other ingredients and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and add soda to top. Garnish with slices of cucumber or a cucumber ribbon.
