You will need…

ml oz

45ml 1.52 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
25ml 0.84 oz Lime juice
25ml 0.84 oz Elderflower liqueur
Soda
6 slices of fresh cucumber

Steps to make…

Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all the other ingredients and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a tall glass filled with ice and add soda to top. Garnish with slices of cucumber or a cucumber ribbon.
