Vibrant Citrus Martini

You will need…

ml oz

60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Vibrant Citrus Gin
10ml 0.33 oz Dry white vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Orange peel

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Express (squeeze) the oils of an orange peel over the cocktail. Garnish with the orange peel.
