Olive Oil Martini

You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • 1 barspoon of Perello olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • Garnish: rosemary stuffed olive

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with your rosemary stuffed olive. Serve with olives and bread on the side.
