True English G&T

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice
  2. Pour in the gin
  3. Top up with 100ml tonic or to taste
  4. Serve with a twist of lemon peel

For the true taste

To achieve a bartender’s precision with the garnish, use a potato peeler to take a strip of lemon zest and trim with a sharp knife to create an even shape. Snap the zest’s natural oils over the top of your G&T to enhance the gin’s natural citrus character.
