Tom Collins

You will need…

ml oz

60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
25ml 0.84 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml 0.50 oz 2:1 sugar syrup
Soda

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients except the soda to cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and add soda to top. Garnish with a lemon peel, and some fresh mint if desired.
