Sloe Gin Fizz

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
25ml 0.84 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml 0.33 oz 2:1 sugar syrup
Top up with soda

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and add soda to top. Garnish with a lemon peel.
