Old Tom, New Cocktail Competition Final
On Monday 26th June at the Distillery, we hosted the final of our Old Tom, New Cocktail international competition in partnership with Difford’s Guide. The
Pour the rosé wine into a shallow tray and freeze overnight until solid. Transfer to a blender, add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach and Rose and a squeeze of fresh lime. Blend until smooth but slushy and pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber swirl.
