Hayman’s London Light: Q&A with Cara Mills (@ginandinteriors)
As we head into the New Year, it’s the usual time for resolutions, diets and cutting back. Yet January doesn’t necessarily have to be ‘dry’
Pour the rosé wine into a shallow tray and freeze overnight until solid. Transfer to a blender, add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach and Rose and a squeeze of fresh lime. Blend until smooth but slushy and pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber swirl.
