Olive Oil Martini

A special thanks to Brindisa for collaborating with us on this cocktail!

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
10ml 0.33 oz Dry vermouth
1 barspoon of Perello olive oil
Pinch of salt
Garnish: Rosemary stuffed olive

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with your rosemary stuffed olive. Serve with olives and bread on the side.
