Olive Oil Martini

You will need…

ml oz
  • 50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 10ml 0.33 oz Dry vermouth
  • 1 barspoon of Perello olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garnish: Rosemary stuffed olive

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with your rosemary stuffed olive. Serve with olives and bread on the side.
