Salty Dog

You will need…

50ml Exotic Citrus Gin
40ml grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup

Steps to make…

Use grapefruit slice to put juice around edge of rocks glass, press into salt to create a salt rim on the glass. Add all other ingredients to shaker and shake hard Single strain over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
