We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Salty Dog

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Vibrant Citrus Gin
50ml 1.69 oz Grapefruit juice
10ml 0.33 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml 0.33 oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar syrup)

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into salt rimmed highball glass full of ice, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
