- 60ml 2.02 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 20ml 0.67 oz Lime cordial
- 10ml 0.33 oz Lime juice
- 5ml 0.16 oz 2:1 sugar syrup
Steps to make…
Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime coin (peel).
