Hayman’s Freezer Martini

You will need…

ml oz

500ml 16.9 Hayman’s London Dry Gin
140ml 4.73 Dolin Dry Vermouth
60ml 2.02 Filtered water

Steps to make…

Pour all ingredients into your empty Hayman’s London Dry (70cl) bottle. Replace the cork and shake to ensure ingredients are well mixed. Place the bottle, along with glasses in a freezer for minimum of three hours.

For each individual serve, pour 90ml from the bottle into a chilled glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon or an olive.
