- 50ml 1.69 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
- 35ml 1.18 oz Apple juice
- 20ml 0.67 oz Lemon juice
- 15ml 0.50 oz Elderflower cordial
- 2-3 slielderflower cordialces of cucumber
Steps to make…
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain and serve in a tall highball or rocks glass. Garnish with your favourite citrus wheel.
