You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Dry vermouth
50ml 1.69 oz Cava
Dash of olive oil bitters
Top with soda
Garnish: Perello Gilda

Steps to make…

Add your Hayman’s London Dry and vermouth to a stemless wine glass. Fill with ice and add your cava and then top with soda. Garnish with a Perello Gilda
